An interest in law was sparked in Kristhea while watching Korean legal dramas during her high school days. Soon enough, she found herself increasingly interested in analytical and innovative thinking, as well as the challenges acquainted with law (like memorizing bundles of legislation!) and the thrill of overcoming them.
Today, she particularly enjoys criminal law, which was ironically her worst enemy in university. Strongly believing in testing the waters, Kristhea welcomes all opportunities to grow and get to know herself better with hopes of later on finding the perfect career path. Kristhea is part of the Public Relations team of Lawyer Archives and looks forward to connecting with you!

Ahlam Arif

Ahlam's interest in law had stemmed from her admiration of many legal TV series. While being aware that the legal world is not accurately portrayed, it nevertheless convinced her that there was no problem a lawyer could not solve. This was the beginning of her passion for the profession and she worked hard to be accepted into law at university.

At university, Ahlam is a thriving law student whose interests are Crime and Family Law. She had thoroughly enjoyed the Alternative Dispute Resolution module in her second year and aspires to practice the various methods of ADR in her dream career as a Criminal Lawyer. It is with the same conviction that she once had which got her into her legal studies, that she moves forward trying to achieve her goals.

Aditi is a multifaceted member of lawyer archives who does not believe in restricting herself to just the law. Having developed interests in music and dance at a young age and earning victories at various competitions, Aditi has earned much praise for her talents in the performing arts.
Though the legal profession and the performing arts seem like fields that are poles apart, to Aditi that does not seem to be the case. She states that the skills she gained from her creative endeavors have always supplemented her law degree. Communication skills, exploring alternate options, self-confidence, and the ability to keep an open mind and experiment with new ideas, are skills Aditi has developed through the arts, and they naturally lend themselves to law.
Aditi strives to be an example of the fact that there is always more to law than just the law and that students should be open to varied experiences to develop a range of soft skills for a career in the legal field.

Nida Zubair, is a year away from completing her bachelor’s degree at LLB Hons Law at the Middlesex University Dubai. The subject of law fascinates her as she is intrigued by the continuous developments in the law to adapt to an ever-changing society.
She enjoys travelling and learning about the history of different places which made her realize that so many diverse ranges of issues were linked back to the single word -law. Along with travelling, she enjoys reading, playing the piano, volunteering and baking.

Determined, hardworking and passionate. Sringa Satheesh is an irreplaceable member of the Lawyer Archives team.
Though initially landing in law as a natural course of life's events, over the past year she has developed an undeniable interest in legal journalism. Though the idea of being a lawyer passionately fighting for justice in a fancy courtroom does fascinate her, she seems content with the pen and paper being her weapons of choice.
With Sringa's major interests inclining towards research, writing and making a difference in this world, she hopes to become a journalist that not only commends or critiques the justice system for its betterment, but also to create legal awareness among the general public. Thankfully for her, Lawyer Archives is just the beginning of all the change she hopes to create!

Hello and thank you for landing onto the Lawyer Archives page!
This initiative was created by five committed and goal-oriented female law students aiming to bridge the gap between law school and legal practice. There's no questioning the toll the pandemic has taken on the legal job market: COVID-19 has cost countless law students and graduates their internships, vacation schemes and jobs, all of which were once promised.

In a situation like this, we understand that it is possible to completely lose heart.

But that is exactly why Lawyer Archives was created. We're here to cushion the effect of the pandemic by bringing YOU virtual workshops conducted by thriving law students, alumni and legal professionals who are all set to guide and train you with their expertise on various sectors and aspects of the legal profession. We guarantee that after each workshop, you will be prepared for even bigger and better opportunities once the world opens up again.
